About OCRF
The OCRF has developed to become one of Australia’s pre-eminent body supporting ovarian cancer research programs that occur nationally, and are focused upon the understanding of the causes of ovarian cancer, its early detection and improve patient survival.
Goals and Objectives:
- To develop and implement an early detection program;
- To improve the mortality rate, management and long-term survival of women with ovarian cancer;
- To gain fundamental understanding of the causes of ovarian cancer.
Although significant progress is being made into understanding the biological and overall management of ovarian cancer, this can only be continued with support from the community and the corporate world.
