get active and fundraise for ovarian cancer research
This year around 1720 Australians will receive an ovarian cancer diagnosis. Only 48% of these people will survive five years from their diagnosis.
Ovarian cancer research has long been undervalued and underfunded, resulting in persistent poor survival outcomes for those diagnosed. The Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF) is funding innovative ovarian cancer research across Australia and New Zealand, aimed at developing new and effective treatments for ovarian cancer, as well as investigating methods for early detection and prevention.
You can help fund this vital research by getting active and fundraising for the OCRF through challenge event in your state.
