35 + GST COCKTAIL PARTY AND 2019 SILVER LINING RIDE LAUNCH
The inaugural 35+ GST event was held in 2017, in memory and celebration of the life of Helen Hatzis. Such was the success of the night – great food, great music, great dancing, great company and a great cause – the crew behind 35+ GST have joined forces with the Silver Lining Ride team to bring the event back.
The 2019 Silver Lining Ride will see a group of 14 riders pedal from Adelaide to Melbourne to raise funds and awareness for ovarian cancer. The Silver Lining Ride first set out in 2017, founded by Georgie Herbert and family friend Clint Stanaway, along with John Hatzis. It was a way to find a silver lining in tragic circumstances and honour the lives Mandy Herbert and Helen Hatzis.

This years event....
Dress in your best cocktail attire, book the babysitter and hit the dance floor for a great cause. Because ONE Australian woman loses her life to ovarian cancer every 8 HOURS and FOUR are diagnosed every day.
In addition to loads of fun, we’ll be launching the 2019 Silver Lining Ride which will see a group of 14 riders pedal from Adelaide to Melbourne to raise funds and awareness for ovarian cancer. The Silver Lining Ride was founded by Georgie Herbert and family friend Clint Stanaway, along with John Hatzis, and it was a way to find a silver lining in tragic circumstances and in honour of Mandy Herbert and Helen Hatzis.
MC Clint Stanaway – Channel 9 personality, OCRF Ambassador and Silver Lining Rider - will oversee proceedings and ensure everyone has a fabulous night, with all proceeds from the night going to support the OCRF to find an early detection test to improve outcomes for women with this horrible disease.
$85 per ticket, inclusive of:

In memory of two amazing friends lost to ovarian cancer who always knew how to party like it was still the 80s and 90s – Helen Hatzis and Mandy Herbert.
