Sublime Point Stair Challenge

On Saturday 4 January 2019, the wonderful Fruition – Run Tuition team are holding a Sublime Point Stairs Climbing challenge and we ask that you join us or sponsor us and help raise much needed funds for the Ovarian Research Foundation.
The goal is 12 reps in 12 hours. That's over 25kms of stairs!!
We will start at 4am and begin one rep every hour, on the hour. Come and join us for one rep or 12! It's totally up to you. Come down at any time throughout the day and stay as long as you like. All we ask is that you donate to this very worthy cause. Bring your friends & family. Even one rep is a great challenge for the kids.

Why Ovarian Research Foundation? Many of you will be aware that, Lucy a member of the Fruition Family, has a history of ovarian tumors starting back in 2005 and although she has been free for 9 years it has recently come back as ovarian cancer.
It is a scary disease as there are no real symptoms until the disease is in its advanced state.
Currently, the five-year survival rate for Australian women with ovarian cancer is 43%. In comparison, the five-year survival rate for breast cancer is 90%.
It is only by funding vital research that we can find a reliable method to detect ovarian cancer in its early stages and improve the statistics.

The OCRF does not receive any government funding and it is only by our donations that their incredible work can continue, please donate generously to help them find ways to enable early detection.
