In memory of Pam - a dearly beloved friend of Carina, our Director User Design and Customer Experience "Have you had a friend who was the one who always made you feel fantastic, and capable of just about anything? My friend Pam was one of those bold and determined souls and could make me laugh until I cried at the most inappropriate times, always. We were like the naughty kids in the back row of assembly even though I met her when we were both adults and parents ourselves."
