Challah Made Simple is a way to combine my passion for challah with an opportunity to contribute to funding the life-saving research by the OCRF. People in the Ashkenazi Jewish population have a higher risk of developing ovarian cancer than the broader community and learning that there is currently no early detection test for this most lethal gynaecological cancer in Australia - I am committed to making a difference. I prepare challah dough with love, for families to braid and bake in their own homes. Thank you to the special challah bakers who have supported and embraced my new exciting venture and helped me in raising funds for this important foundation.
