Together, we can change the future of ovarian cancer.

Now in it's 14th year, the White Shirt Campaign has raised over $14.3 million for ovarian cancer research. I am fundraising to support ongoing research into an early detection test for ovarian cancer, as well as improved treatments to help people with ovaries survive this silent disease.

Ovarian cancer is the most lethal and least understood reproductive cancer. The five-year survival rate for ovarian cancer in Australia is just 48%, meaning those diagnosed get less than half a chance of surviving five years from their diagnosis.

I want to help change the statistics and give those diagnosed with ovarian cancer a greater chance of survival. Research is the answer. Any donation you can make is greatly appreciated.

Yesterday (17-04-2023) I was told I am in remission.
Thank you all love, your support and donation to this cause so personal to my heart.
Feel free to share my fundraising page as a little contribution can go a long way in this quest for a future without the threat of ovarian cancer.

Make a statement bigger than flowers this Mother’s Day ~
Today, on World Ovarian Cancer Day, many women living with ovarian cancer, families, friends and supporters worldwide come together to raise awareness about ovarian cancer. Today we also celebrate Mother’s Day, but many will be missing a mother or mother figure too. Meet Catherine ~ a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a wife, a friend, a phenomenal woman with a beautiful soul. Catherine joins me on this #WhiteShirtCampaign to honour her mom.

Cup of Kindness ~
While some of us head back to work tomorrow, and others will yet enjoy another long weekend, we all might be reaching for that extra cup of coffee in the morning ("guilt-free").
Instead why not turn that second cup of coffee into an act of kindness by supporting us at OCRF. Funds raised for the OCRF will help to find an early detection test for ovarian cancer. Join me to make tomorrow morning meaningful and feel good without upping the caffeine.

Not all cancer is pink~
More women die from ovarian cancer than breast cancer because it is usually diagnosed in its advanced stages. 70% of women were diagnosed in the advanced stages, and only 25% survived beyond five years. This #WhiteShirtCampaign is much bigger than a white shirt. It will raise funds for the OCRF to find an early detection test for ovarian cancer which I hope generations to come will be beneficiaries. I’m part of this campaign to put effort into research that matters.
