Thanks for visiting my page. I'm riding in TKM's Ride Different and am raising funds and awareness for the Ovarian Cancel Research Foundation. I lost my dear sister in law, Naomi, to ovarian cancer in February 2021. She left behind a loving husband and 3 children. If only there was early detection test, she might be here with us today. Ovarian cancer has a five-year survival rate of just 49%. Around 1,815 Australians will be diagnosed with ovarian cancer this year alone, with one woman dying every eight hours from the disease. Your donation supports ovarian cancer researchers across Australia who are working on projects across treatments, managing recurrence, early detection and prevention & cure. These scientists need your help to ensure their research can achieve a breakthrough that will reduce the lethal threat of ovarian cancer. The next generation of women and girls deserve more than half a chance to survive more than five years. Research is the answer.
