Ms M's dress took only about 5 minutes to create. So simple, and what a striking colour!

The little black dress. Always a classic. Only this one isn't a dress at all. It's just some stretch fabric and a bit of black satin draped and held in place with some elastic. That's it!

A Hollywood Glamour look for our first Frocktober shoot for 2023. This gown is actually just a bolt of taffeta draped around Miss B to create a "mock frock", and then it all gets deconstructed, ready to make a different gown on someone else later! This "frock" isn't really a frock at all... it's one of my lighter weight backdrops draped and pinned to make a 'mockfrock'. That's what we're doing again this year: mock frocks on mock models to raise REAL funds for a REAL NEED: better treatments and an early detection test for ovarian cancer.
