The King’s Men are riding to raise funds for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation. The ride honours the memory and contribution of Leane Flynn the OCRF Ambassador, who passed from us recently following a prolonged battle with the disease. The King’s Men have supported this charity in 2019 and raised over $60,000 and our aim this year is to at least to match and hopefully or surpass this amount.

OCRF was established in 2000, the Research Foundation has grown to become Australia’s leading independent body dedicated to funding national ovarian cancer research. All funds raised will be donated to the OCRF, supporting Australia’s most promising ovarian cancer research. The OCRF’s research focus is to save women’s lives through the development of early detection technologies and improved treatment.

This year, we will ride 380 kms and climb more than 4,200m in two days.

The ride will start in Myrtleford on Saturday 21st October, from where we will head up to Mansfield, then back to Melbourne on Sunday 22nd October.

Each rider has their own dedicated page where you can make donation to support this wonderful organisation, I hope you can support OCRF and the efforts of the King’s Men to raise awareness and support the great efforts of the Charity and its funded research.
