8 May is World Ovarian Cancer Day and White Shirt Day
The 18th Witchery White Shirt Campaign in partnership with the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF) will launch on Tuesday 7 April and wrap up on Friday 8 May, which is Witchery White Shirt Day and World Ovarian Cancer Day.
The White Shirt Campaign has been instrumental in raising awareness across the nation for ovarian cancer - a disease that has long been overlooked and underfunded.
Through the White Shirt Campaign, Witchery has donated almost $18 million to the OCRF, enabling the OCRF to fund crucial medical research across areas of early detection, treatment and prevention.
Originally inspired by the lab coats worn by researchers, the Witchery White Shirt is more than just a shirt, it represents a longstanding commitment of Witchery to the OCRF and the ovarian cancer community to supporting vital research to improve ovarian cancer outcomes.
