Before holding a fundraising event or collecting donations on behalf of the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF), you’ll need to complete this Authority to Fundraise form. This ensures your activity complies with fundraising regulations and is officially registered with the OCRF. Approval is required for all community fundraisers, both online and in-person.
