Mother's Day Classic

The OCRF is one of the dual beneficiaries of the Mother’s Day Classic.

Walk or run. Move till we're done.

The OCRF is proud to be a beneficiary of the iconic  Mother's Day Classic, alongside the National Breast Cancer Foundation. The Mother’s Day Classic is Australia’s largest fun run and walk for breast and ovarian cancer research.

In 2026, Mother's Day Classic participants can now fundraise for ovarian cancer research, breast cancer research, or both.

On Sunday, 10 May 2026, join thousands of Australians nationwide to come together and help women forever.

Walk or run this Mother’s Day to stop breast and ovarian cancers in their tracks.
Together, we'll take a giant step forward towards a healthy, vital future for all impacted by  ovarian cancer.

WALK WITH WOMEN STEPS INTO MOTHER’S DAY CLASSIC

The original OCRF fundraising walk event, Walk With Women, was founded in 2016, by long-serving OCRF ambassador Helen Powell.

We are so grateful to our engaged and supportive community of sponsors, event organisers, and fundraisers, who were the true force behind the Walk With Women event success over the years.

Joining forces with the Mother’s Day Classic helps realise Helen’s dream of a national event supporting women’s health, including ovarian cancer.

We walk in honour of Helen and the many other women who are facing or will face ovarian cancer.
